Payment pages for the poster

Basic Information

A new set of pages should be made to accompany the ability for a task's poster to pay the bidder after the task is ended. It accompanies issues: #50 and #90 for their components. While the API isn't complete, the basic design can be made so the API can be easily added later.

The new pages may have to use dynamic routes.

• Reuse the Header component where needed.
• Reuse the Card component for the popup where needed.
• Create new components where needed.
• Add documentation to all new components.
