CBQ deletes jobs that it cannot handle.

I believe I have a rogue worker that is checking a queue, trying to pick up a job, then deleting it because it doesn't have the handler for that job.  I would not choose this as the default behavior - if it can't handle the job, it should let someone else.

It would be great to have a central place to view logs from all of these workers to track this kind of thing down.
