This is not required. This is an optional task to experiment with in your free time (create a separate version of the game to do this)

  • Change game orientation to portrait
  • Change mobile controls to just use one joystick
  • Player moves to the direction that they point the joystick
  • Player shoots whenever they move (there's no dedicated shoot button. You must shoot to move. This way there's a cost to shooting)

Game controls on the desktop is exactly the same but without the dedicated shoot button.

If the game feels good on mobile then use this idea for a sequel to the game to be released on mobile platforms first, made in Love2D.
