Implement login flow for Commons Beta

As discussed at #1 , the prototype will only allow uploads to Commons Beta at this stage.

We need to implement the login flow for https://commons.wikimedia.beta.wmcloud.org/. Feel free to take relevant parts from the Android repo, but please check and remove irrelevant code.

UI can be very basic for now. The login screen can be just a form field and "Login" button alongside a text field reminding users that they need a Commons Beta account for testing. Upon successful login, we can display a "Logged in" snackbar.

@rohit9625 Yes, absolutely. :) In fact, I was hoping to get the basic login and upload logic working before the hackathon, so that we can focus on creating the UI with designers at the hackathon (and the map of nearby places if we are lucky enough to have more people joining us).

I can set up an auth module and basic dependencies that will be required to make the netowork calls, etc. You can assign this task to me :)

Sorry, I wasn't able to provide an update on this one. I started working, but it's not much changes locally. Also, I won't be able to continue the work this month. I can continue from the first week of April.

Hey @rohit9625 , no worries at all! I'll just assign myself to this task as well, so that whichever one of us has the time first can do it? There's still #7 to be done after it.

Even I never got time for this task yet. I'm traveling in a remote area this week. What is the Hackathon date?
