Please add the command satis:remove

Examples:

composer satis:remove git@github.com:user/project.git
php bin/satis remove git@github.com:user/project.git

That makes sense. Do you open a PR that adds this feature. It's the opposite of the AddCommand.

@theaarch can you explain in more detail what this is supposed to do? Remove a package from the satis-generated catalog?

I think I can do that but I am currently busy with the Horde 6 beta/RC and it would probably be June when I get around to it.
