This would be a metric on the profile which would display your total likes, dislikes, and hottests, alongside how your account metrics compare to other users'. An endpoint needs to be added to get this data.

A similar example is Stack Overflow's: "2000 rep, top 3% this year" type thing that's displayed on one's profile.
