Have scrubcam use a network surveillance camera #19
Description
We'd like to be able to have scrubcam run on SageBRUSH stations that are equipped with network cameras (as opposed to picamera-type cameras). It could be this is implemented as a separate executable or as something that is specified in the scrubcam config file with the same executable able to handle both arrangements.
