Request to update c2pa-js to c2pa-rs release c2pa-0.78.3 or later

Hi,

We identified an issue in validating the C2PA manifest when the ingredient is signed with an untrusted cert.
The PR contentauth/c2pa-rs#1624 has been merged into c2pa-rs, tagged c2pa-0.78.3.
We kindly request that c2pa-js be updated to use c2pa-v0.78.3 or a later version.
