Add comparison tests between JuMP and OptimalControl models.

Replace control-toolbox/CTBenchmarks.jl#33 for the comparison tests part.

The objective values have been added to the table containing information about each problem.
The L2-norm comparison on the costates has been removed.
All problems converge except for the moonlander in JuMP.
Most initial conditions and objectives are correct.
It remains to ensure that the comparison of the states and controls across the different problems is correct in the L2 norm between JuMP and OptimalControl (e.g., the bioreactor problem is probably not solved on the same grid in JuMP and OptimalControl).

Furthermore, during testing, an error sometimes occurs that could be due to a memory allocation issue with the Hessian during problem solving. This needs to be investigated.
