Hide Unhealthy state warning when Health check is not enabled

I feel like the current implementation of the Unhealthy state warning it's irrelevant as long as the health check is not enabled.

This warning is relevant when health check is enabled and something goes wrong, but does not provide any value as long as is disabled.

Halfway related to this is the Health check documentation, which doesn't provide too many details on how/when/why needs to be used.
Such feature would be useful for people who didn't had any previous experience with such tools/features.
