How to get benificiaries list based on the phone number

Hi, 

Please let me know how to use this API - /v2/vaccinator/beneficiaries/findByMobile in sandbox environment, as this is returning 403.
Or please suggest any api/flow to get beneficiary list for an authenticated user.
