The size of the menu is based of how much space is available above/below the menu button. And scrollbars will show or not show depending on your system preferences. Assuming you’re on a Mac, you can go to System Settings → Appearance, and change “Show scroll bars” to “Always” to get scrollbars to always show regardless of whether you’re currently scrolling. |
