Allow Content Block field values to be used in conditions

Currently, you can’t make another fields visibility depend on the value(s) of a Content Block. It would be great if the nested fields were exposed to conditionally show/hide other fields. Content Block Fields are a great way to bundle and reuse fields, but this limits the applicability quite a bit.
