Require Image Transform when selecting an image in Redactor

With the Redactor field, our clients often make the mistake to upload huge photo's and include this within the field without selecting a proper available image transform from the CP's settings. Could you make a setting in here, so when switched on, the user MUST select an image transform?

To be honest, rather than obliging the user to select an image transform, I'd rather be able to specify a default image transform that is used unless a different one is selected. This seems a more user-friendly approach, and avoids the need for content editors to have to worry about (or even know about) image transforms.

For me it is an obvious REQUIRED feature : I did train my client users and made an online help but we have no garantee that some of them will make mistake to insert a 4Mb image!
