Phantom Pending Task Appearing On Craft Cloud

If I run a typesense sync on my local machine or regular web-server, it completes successfully.

If I run it on Craft Cloud, it completes successfully, but then puts another task in the queue in the "Pending" state that never runs. This isn't a huge deal, but it's confusing to my client, who thinks the task failed or never ran.

Craft Version 5.9.20
Typesense Plugin Version 5.8.3

It looks like the job is taking longer than 15min, which doesn't work on Cloud or any AWS Lambda environment.

I'm not sure specifically what is going on, but it appears the plugin should be refactored to use batched jobs.

That's weird because I see one task finish, and another pending task go into the queue. Where are you seeing that it takes longer than 15 min?

@LinneaHarts When I run it, I see it:

• work for 15min
• get to about 70%
• then sit for a few mins
• then switch to pending

Okay, thanks! Maybe that's what I was seeing too. Just weird that it always finishes fine on my local.

20 minutes and counting. I guess my local and our dev environment don't have a 15 min timeout
