sync downstream projects to `v2.5` of `vocabulary-theme`

Description

vocabulary-theme received changes:

• add past, upcoming, and default (all) events listing capabilities, corrects attribution display on single-event.php, bumps style.css to v2.5 #169

vocabulary-theme needs to be updated to v2.5 in the following projects:

• index-dev-env

  • bump vocabulary-theme to v2.5 index-dev-env#116
  • deploy to index__stage ✅
    • v2.5
  • deploy to index__prod ✅
    • v2.5

• 👉 cc-legal-tools-* (optional, no changes to vocabulary or legal-tools adjacent markup were made)

  • [Functionality] bump vocabulary-theme to v2.5 cc-legal-tools-app#576
    • cc-legal-tools-app PR tbd
    • cc-legal-tools-data PR tbd
