When a user binds a Telegram bot, we should have skills that allow the agent to proactively send messages to individuals and groups, as well as send surveys, menus, and some other capabilities. This can create many useful scenarios, such as sending notifications to the owner in autonomous mode or acting as an organizer that initiates activities in a group.

We can also allow users to bind a group, where we record all the chat history within the group and provide a skill for the agent to refer to. One scenario is when acting as an entry point; we can provide more context to the agent. In other scenarios, the agent can proactively extract information from the group, for instance, in conjunction with autonomous systems to create a summarization bot.
