Attach officially built binaries in the release assets

I have noticed that there were no binaries in the release assets, It would be better if they were provided.
I can create a PR to do that automatically when a tag like 0.17.0 was created and pushed.
And the PR may contains some Nushell scripts, I'm not sure you will accept it or not?
