Improvements to AutoPilot #3
Description
cc-liquid has an autopilot mode, which when run will automatically setup a portfolio or rebalance an existing one after 10 days.
It has been observed that sometimes the rebalance doesn't succeed on the first time with errors such as:

[1/1] BTC SELL 0.0004 @ $110,024.5000... ✗ Order could not immediately match against any resting orders. asset=3
I'd like to propose an improvement to allow for configuring of automatic retry when there has been a partial failure to rebalance. This could range from a simple retry after x seconds, to increasing the slippage tolerance and retrying.
