Tell why upgrading more

Today if I run

It doesn't tell me "why" it's installing a new version of backtracer. Might be nice. Also a message "updating kemal" would be kind.

In the ideal world maybe something like:

Updating kemal (to 1.3.0)
Installing backtracer (new kemal dependency) (1.2.2)
