Multithreading

Kind of obvious, But here it is.
Settings to configure how many threads the game will use.

Speed Controls

Ultra fast speed. (Press "4" to use) Similar to Smart Speed. (Do not use both!)
A form of No Forced Slowdown is included in RimThreaded. (Do not use both!)
