Add boundary condition to tutorial examples

We need to add boundary conditions to the tutorial.

The tutorial is a bare bones case, and to showcase MOLE operators, boundary conditions should be done. We should show how easy it is to implement boundary conditions, versus hand-coding them using finite differences.
The example should show Robin conditions, a combination of Dirichlet and Neumann,
