pileup2actg how to use actg file to call vcf

the outfile format like this :
CHR POSITION DEPTH REF R+ R- A+ A- C+ C- T+ T- G+ G-
chr1 23836372 7969 T 5562 2407 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
so i want to know how to use this format to call vcf ?
