Command not found

Hi,
We are trying to make a project with rinf and my colleague set up the project on his windows machine. He then put it on github. Problem is, on my side, I cannot use the command rinf in my machine (ubuntu). I tried doing

flutter pub add rinf

which said it was already installed.
Then

cargo install rinf

and then

rinf message

The last one returns

rinf: Command not found

Can you help me?

I succeeded by founding out that the executable is from rust and not flutter.
for future noob like me:
the path for the executable is ~/.cargo/bin/rinf
you need to add to your path $HOME/.cargo/bin

export PATH="$HOME/.cargo/bin:$PATH"
