PDF + ePUB + HTML

Starting now, there are daily updated PDF and ePUB versions of the book provided here:

• PDF: 3.5 megabytes. It also has a generated table of contents in the front.
• ePUB: 3.4 megabytes.

Areas of future improvements:

• if a chapter is short, it wants to start the next one an odd number page, which too often leaves an annoying blank page
• internal links are entirely stripped out for the moment, they could instead be fixed to link to the correct place

The PDF build is also verified as a CI job to make sure this keeps working.

Starting now, there is also a zip of the book in a single file HTML version, with the images provided as separate files. Linked from the same URL mentioned above.

The HTML version is rather crude and probably the worst looking version of them all. But it's a start and we can now work on making it nicer in the future.
