[Feature Request] An Interface to create manifest

Feature Request

One of the tasks for model contributors for CyberGIS-Compute is to create and add a manifest to the underlying GitHub repository. The manifest creation process is manual as of now. It would be ideal, if we can create a simple interface to generate a manifest from user inputs.

An interface or a web form for model contributors to generate manifest files.

This is a great idea and I think we should prioritize it. Any suggestions on how to implement this? Maybe as a web form on our docs page?

Exactly a web form that can generate the manifest from user inputs. Add a link to the web form everywhere manifest is mentioned e.g. documentation, repository readme etc.
