In several places, GitHub (mixed case) is incorrectly written as Github, with only the first letter capitalized.

Change text usage to consistently refer to GitHub (mixed case).

I'd love to have a text linter run with definitions against these things. We used to have one a long time ago.

This comes down to spell checking, which could be implemented here. It would however be something that needs maintaining and therefore has its own resource cost. The repo is in quite good shape already in terms of typography and consistency.
