Add Universe to docs / script

Love the script.
I'm only here to drop a line saying you may want to add the fact that you need to enable Universe on a fresh install - or add the universe repo as part of the script.

I would have offered my first ever PR but its kind of an architecture choice (and I have no idea what I'm doing on github).

Either way. Hard fail without Universe repo out of the box.
