Build of TCL deb package failed

I’m getting the following error message during the Ubuntu autosnort-ubuntu-12-7-2015.sh install.

OS Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS

Checked the log file and it shows

s already the newest version (1.18.4ubuntu1.3).
libssl-dev is already the newest version (1.0.2g-1ubuntu4.9).
0 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 0 not to upgrade.
