Project maintenance

Hi @dadadel, thanks for creating this package and updating it over the years. Like others, I have used this tools over many projects and have found it immensely useful.

I've noticed that certain aspects of the project are not up-to-date anymore. Specifically:

• The package on PyPi is 3.4.3, which does not contain updates made in the last ~4 years.
• Some of the issues over the last few months have no replies, which is discouraging for others if they are anticipating writing a ticket.
• PRs that potentially contain useful features are hanging in limbo, without any feedback.

I'm not here to just complain, but rather extend a hand. If you believe that having some extra eyes on the project could keep the features moving forward, then that would be great for the package as a whole. It could only be until you find time again to monitor the project wholeheartedly.

I would really like to avoid a fork of this project in the community, since that creates division and confusion. Hopefully, we could prevent that from happening.

Thanks for starting this discussion. I think it's important and joins the issue #111.
I am happy to have shared a worked that is useful for people!
Lately I wasn't able to provide time for that kind of side projects.
I really would like to come back and provide the needed time and work to maintain and make move forward Pyment. But I still currently have not so much time so I am open to get help to achieve that.
So I ask, who would like to be involved in working on Pyment? I would be happy to share access to this repo to make it live again!

Thanks @dadadel for taking time to respond! I'm also able to help out-- I'm able to contribute immediately with some of the administrative tasks (PyPi, PR review, issues, etc) and I can reasonably understand the codebase given some time to help with development. Hi @dadadel, I used pyment on a few projects at my company and find it really useful. I have found a few bugs and would love to submit fixes for them and help with project maintenance on pyment (PR reviews, etc). I work for an engineering consulting firm. I am between contracts right now and have time to work on open source projects. I don't have much github activitity because I work mostly either in clients' git repositories or on my company's self-hosted GitLab instance, but I do have over 25 years of software development experience.
