I uploaded the file in a gist, please try this and see if it crashes for you guys or not.

vim CmmParse.hs

The path compiler/stage2/build/CmmParse.hs is a file generated from the GHC project. It more like "stalls" than crashes, because it consumes CPU. Also cat /proc/$PID/syscall said "running" and CTRL-C did not help.
