Describe the bug
The header menu is not displayed in the Android Home Assistant Companion App
With the standard HA theme, a header menu is displayed at the very top of the app. It includes the burger menu icon on the top left and, in my case, various custom icons for different dashboards.
The header menu disappears when switching to the HaCasa theme.
To reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior on your Home Assistant dashboard:
Go to your user profile and switch the theme from the standard theme to one of the HaCasa themes.
The header menu will disappear.
Expected behavior
The header menu should be displayed as it is in the standard theme, but its design should adapt to the HaCasa theme's style.
