[FEA] - Allow quick rating during video playback

Description

It would be nice to be able to quickly open the details menu while watching a video, so I can give it a rating right away (which I use to mark the videos I’m going to delete later), for example using the firestick’s burger menu button (to the right of the Home button).

Another option (much better but difficult, I guess) would be to integrate the rating into the playback menu (just like the o-counter is already integrated)

@damontecres due to the closing of the PR, may we reconsider it with a condition for Firestick? as that button does nothing on that device and it's the most popular, so at least we give the menu button something to do (which is opening the menu)
