Static build

In this version I have to keep the mingw64 directory always on the path. Is it possible to get a static build of fastscore? The dependencies are probably one or more of these:

Before configuring, you should set the environment variable CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS to -static -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++. You can do this either with

set CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS=-static -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++

on Windows, or

export CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-static -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++"

on Linux. Note that you have to delete CMakeCache.txt and regenerate the project for this flag to take effect.`

I exported the flags

And rebuilt everything

I also naively tried
export CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS="-static -static-libgcc -static-libstdc++ -static-libgomp -static-libwinpthread"
