Problem with merging multiple version

Hey, I have the problem, that if I am merging different versions with this tool, it is a problem if I am having a show splitted in 2 and i name it "Series A S01E01-1.mp4" and "Series A S01E01-2.mp4" it is merged into one, but they should be staying seperated. I also tried to rename them to "Series A S01E01-1 - [mp4].mp4" to avoid that the part is the last thing in the filename, but without success.

Someone has an idea?
