Add the ability to merge episodes we already know the season and episode number of

Hi,

the title basically is summarizing my idea.
Why rely on a metadata-provider, if the show you are watching is very niche and thus not registered why not just merge those episodes.

I don't know if it's already doing that, but for some reason it's refusing to merge One Piece.
