Structure and content recommendations for personal telos

As Mr. Miessler mentioned everyone's Telos document will look different. Got it. Still after working with it for a considerable amount of hours, there are a few critics and ideas to this version as a starting point.

1. More guidance for two reasons: First I feel I need a tutor to fill it out correctly and second it gives an llm reinforcement for the context while using the telos doc. An idea is to have one question for each topic as guidance.
2. Best ... topics although easy to fill in provide next to no context when not filled in in a good way. If I write the matrix movie, without the context why it is the best movie, which context does it provide the llm with? An idea is to have a section "operating context" that includes "influences (book/film - why)
3. Overlap: I've trouble with overlaps on ideas, wisdom and sometimes even a trauma could be linked to an idea and why can an idea not be a prediction? My only solution I found is an overhaul of the sheet with other topics that differenciate but still keep the chain intact.
4. The telos name: when using the doc, I see my doc on my obsidian, but I might also have a telos doc for my wife, or one for my ai bot. My idea is a name that I can use in natural language, e.g. clarity sheet: "use my clarity sheet and my wife's clarity sheet to ..."

I created this new telos document, which I myself call clarity sheet and it follows the same principles I heard from interviews and podcasts with Daniel Miessler. It also incorporates a few other important psychologic and practical thoughts and ideas. Can I hand it over an apprentice/ai without any word and would he/it benefit from it? When I neglect it for 1 year and come back, can I immediately start where I left? Is there guidance and context through the document for filling it out initially, adding later and for using it via llm? Is there a clear chain through the document and process of filling it out? When I want to add, is there total clarity on where this information belongs? Is it as complex as needed but as concise and meaningful as possible?
