error when only one sink

When I ran sourcetracker_for_qiime.r with only one sink, an error occured:

Error in if (d2 == 0L) { : missing value where TRUE/FALSE needed
Calls: apply
Execution halted

Hi,
I have an analogous problem. I am trying to use SourceTraker as the authors did in this paper: https://doi.org/10.1016/S2468-1253(21)00400-3.
In detail, I have data from one donor (source) and one receiver (sink) of an FMT treatment and I would like to estimate the donor's contribution to the recipient's microbiota, but when running SourceTracker on my data this error occurs:

When I try estimating the alpha values via the tune.st() functions, I obtain:

Error in sample.int(x, size, replace, prob) : 
 cannot take a sample larger than the population when 'replace = FALSE' 

How can I estimate alpha1 and alpha2 in my case?
