We have a set of samples that were collected along a process pathway. So sample1 could be source for anything downstream, sample2 can be a source of anything downstream but only a sink for sample1, sample3 could be a source for anything downstream but only a sink for sample1 and sample2... Is there a way to constrain the source/sinks with a direction?
