Hello ! As part of adding Conversation AI to java sdk I plan to work on adding the spring integration as well. Are there any previous examples I can look at for this ?

Yeah the dapr-spring module contains all the integrations .. as workflows creating the AI client using the client properties is the way to go.. but I would advice doing that in a separate PR
