build(docker): bump golang to 1.25.6, alpine to 3.23, bls-signatures to 1.3.6

Issue being fixed or feature implemented

We use outdated alpine 3.21 for our Docker images. New Alpine requires new bls-signatures and a bit newer golang (no alpine+golang image for golang version we use now).

What was done?

Bump Alpine to 3.23, bls-signatures to 1.3.6, golang to 1.25.6

Add gmp-static lib to Dockerfiles.
