I've been playing around with creating a roadmap using the beta task lists feature in GitHub which has been enabled on the rapidsai org.

The roadmap tracks work through summer 2023 and covers everything we need to do in order to get the operator into a nice and stable state and remove the legacy code from the repo.

rapidsai/deployment#216

Once the tasklists feature is more widely available I'll transfer that issue here and replace this one.
