Plot that would show if the detected chromatin accessibility values are higher than expected.

I have it on my to do list. There are also few things I need to discuss first. At this point there are so many values in the matrix that it makes computational time pretty long.

What's the status of this update to the tissue specificity plots? I don't think we ever had a discussion about this. Do you still need to discuss?

A new version is on dev. I haven't pushed it to master yet, waiting on changes from Jose first. I am away this weekend. But we can talk after if you want.
