Lot of tables referenced in PK/FK are not present. Sample data is present, but table info is missing. It will be helpful to fix missing table details in DDL.

I am up-voting this request. Without the complete DDL it's hard to replicate the experiment.

Please update ACME_small.ddl so that it contains all tables that are necessary for PK/FK constraints.
For example, Policy_Coverage_Part is missing that specifies relations between Policy and Policy_Coverage_Detail tables.
A lot of queries require these tables.
