missing image on "getting started with powershell" page #40

The "getting started with powershell" page has a missing image after the text "it is available via Manning's Early Access Program!"

The image tag's source is https://dbatools.io/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/start-dbatools.jpg?resize=398%2C499&ssl=1 but that resource is 404.
