Another PnP ID for Dell U2720Q

There was a PR that added it under DEL41B7, #129. I have one of the same model but it's read as DEL41B0.

I'm willing to open a PR, but how should it be done? Copy & paste the old one, or use an include? I tried to include directly the old one but failed, while making it a separate model file (U2720Q.xml) complains about a missing DELlcd.xml, which I don't know how to produce.
