+We're excited to announce that the DDEV Foundation has officially established a Board of Directors! This is a significant milestone in our journey toward enhanced governance and long-term sustainability for the DDEV project.

+Today we filed an amended [Articles of Incorporation](https://www.sos.state.co.us/biz/ViewImage.do?fileId=20258242147&masterFileId=20211820326) with the Secretary of State of Colorado, which includes the Board of Directors.

We know that this will be an ongoing process that we'll have to grow into, and we invite your participation. We meet every two months as a group, and the entire community is invited.
