Make the UI port configurable

Have some sites local to the host running on port 80 already and I really dont want the XiOSK Admin interface running on 80. Is it possible to change the port the admin interface is running on?

You can manually hardcode edit the port, or set environment variable to read from:

xiosk/dashboard/index.ts
