[BUG] Recording does not resumes automatically when a call is declined while app is in background.

Environment

• expo-audio-studio version: ^3.2.0
• Expo SDK version: ^54
• Platform & OS version: iOS, Not sure for Android.
• Device: iphone14

Description

When the app is in the background, and I receive a call, if I decline it, the recording does not auto-resume and the
event {"isPaused": false, "reason": "userResumed", "timestamp": ""} is also not received. Also if the app is in foreground and I decline the call from the top recording auto resumes.

Fixed by #418 and released in @siteed/audio-studio@3.2.1. Closing.
