Annotate Tool: Add human-in-the-loop SQUAD2 evaluator

Hi.
Thank you for a splendid product!
I'd like to create additional fields for a SQUAD2 annotate tool, showing the questions (as it is now), the snippet, answers, then answers GIVEN by my model, and a correct/incorrect box, with a corrected entry.
Export to JSON will be in SQUAD2 format, with added fields for my metrics.
Would you care to comment ?
Also, where does one find the code for the Annotator Tool? I can find only the Docker yaml.
